Erika Nichelson, DO,
Medical Director & Women’s Health Physician
Dr. Nichelson is a board-certified physician specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology. As Medical Director, she provides clinical oversight for all medical protocols at Ellicott City Women’s Health. Her expertise in hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) and medical weight management ensures that all treatments meet the highest standards of clinical necessity and patient safety.

Medical Assistant
Kim Fredericks is a highly experienced Medical Assistant with over 20 years in OB/GYN clinical care. She has extensive expertise in gynecologic procedures, hormone therapy support, patient preparation, and clinical operations.

With over 15 years of surgical experience, Dr. Gunawardane specializes in precision-based medical procedures, including neurotoxin therapy and surgical consultations.
